We don’t run a fancy retail mall. Most of our days are spent at our Koramangala distribution center, managing online orders and logistics for Sarvaani.
But today was different.
Pavan, an engineer working nearby, dropped by after searching for authentic, wood-pressed oils. He didn't just want to pick up a bottle; he wanted to understand the why and the how.
We paused the packing and spent time discussing:
