The 6-Phase Scientific Protocol

Phase 1: Halting Degradation

Tilling and chemical interventions are strictly stopped. We execute 5 continuous cycles of cover cropping to naturally fix nitrogen and protect the topsoil.

Phase 2: Baselines & Inoculation

We establish true Soil Organic Carbon (SOC) and yield baselines. After chopping cover crops, we apply Jeevamrutha to rapidly repopulate soil microbes.

Phase 3: Biochar Sequestration

We introduce Biochar to act as a structural sponge, dramatically increasing the soil's water-holding capacity and permanently locking carbon into the ground.

Phase 4: Multi-Layer Harvesting

We introduce multi-layer farming into the existing coconut canopies. Integrating pepper, vanilla, and ginger ensures continuous root exudates keep the soil active.

Phase 5: The Economic Loop

Regeneration requires economic sustainability. We guarantee a buy-back of the diverse produce from these farms, funneling it directly into our local Farmer Manufacturing Units.

Phase 6: Data Tracking & Scaling

We rigorously measure the delta in our SOC baseline. Once proven across these initial 5 ground-zero farms, we will expand this exact protocol to 25 farms.

Live Status: The Ground Zero Tracker

We are actively tracking the real-time soil recovery at our first FMU.

✔ Cycle 1: DONE (May 15, 2026)

Farm: Jamuna MB- MarasandraPalya
Details: Sunhemp & Horsegram cover crops successfully chopped and integrated into the earth. Fresh Jeevamrutha applied immediately to rapidly repopulate soil microbes.
