SOC & Regen Ledger

Live record · updated monthly

Every product on our shelf traces back to a named group of farms inside one Farmer Manufacturing Unit. Below is the live regenerative status of the farms behind today's active batch — including, plainly, where lab verification is still in progress.

Our rule: a Soil Organic Carbon figure is only published once a lab result exists. Where testing hasn't happened yet, we mark it Sampling scheduled rather than estimate it. That's the standard, applied to ourselves first.

SOC readings are independent lab measurements of soil organic carbon, expressed as % by weight. Regenerative practice tags reflect protocols actively running on that farm under the SIRAI program, verified by our field team at each visit. Farmer names and locations are published with consent as part of our seed-to-shelf transparency standard.

The FMU Network

Real farms. Real people. Named on every batch.

A Farmer Manufacturing Unit is a small, farmer-owned processing node. We provide the standard, the technology and the market — they own the production and the pride.

Seed → Soil → Shelf

One standard, controlled end to end.

Integrity can't be stamped on a label — it has to be built into every step. Here is the chain we hold, and the soil signal we track as proof.

STEP 01 · SEED

Anchored in purity

FMUs are set on land committed to chemical-free practice. Native, adapted seed — never the cheapest grade that just clears a lab test.

STEP 02 · SOIL

Healed, then measured

Minimal tillage, cover cropping, livestock integration and Jeevamrutha bio-inputs rebuild soil organic carbon. We track the recovery as data, not narrative.

STEP 03 · SHELF

Pressed at the source

Zero-heat wood-pressing on-farm, batch-logged with farmer, method and date — the same record behind the SOC & Regen Ledger above.

The soil-carbon journey

Across the Tiptur coconut belt, intensive tilling had pushed soil organic carbon down to a depleted 0.3–0.5%. The healthy baseline is ~2%. Our enrolled farms are climbing back — every percentage point is more water held, more life, more nutrition in the crop.

Impact, Today

Not a 2030 promise — what's already true on the ground.
