The best sales script I’ve found isn't a script at all.

My day is usually a blur of "everything." One minute I’m making a financial decision, and the next, I might be packing a bottle to ensure a shipment goes out on time.

But amidst the chaos, I have a daily ritual I refuse to give up.

Every single day, I carve out time to personally interact with high-intent leads.

I don’t do this just to "close deals." I do it because, honestly, I enjoy it. It grounds me.

And here is the fascinating thing I’ve discovered:

Not every interaction converts. But when I click with a customer, the "sales" aspect completely disappears. We end up spending 15 or 20 minutes talking about everything except the product.

We talk about their native village. We talk about farming. We talk about the soil and the farmers who grow our raw materials.

It becomes a conversation about roots, not revenue.

And then, the magic happens. Because we built that genuine bridge, they don't just buy what they came for. They often end up buying far more than I ever intended to sell.

We have seen customers acquired for the cost of a cup of coffee go on to generate 300x to 400x that value over their lifetime. Not because I used a clever tactic, but because we connected as humans first.

This realization hit me hard. If I stop doing this as we scale, we become just another faceless company.

So, I’ve made a decision for the future of our culture at Sarvaani.

THE 5% RULE Whether you are here now or joining us in five years, every team member—regardless of their department—will spend at least 5% of their time directly interacting with customers.

I want my team to understand the "ground reality." I want them to know the customer from the heart, not just from a data sheet.

We are building a "customer conscious" brand, not just a scalable one. If we lose the connection, we lose the quality.

Scale is important. But soul is non-negotiable.
